Gets asset report events.

ReportEventTypeId	Indicates the type of report event to retrieve.	integer	None.
ReportEventTypeIds	Indicates the types of report events to retrieve.	Collection of integer	None.
Vin	The VIN to match when querying assets.	string	None.
StartDateTime	The beginning date from which to retrieve ReportEvents.	date	None.
EndDateTime	The end date from which to retrieve ReportEvents.	date	None.
